On completion of the degree Brother Stuart was welcomed into the Province by the Provincial Grand Master Bro. Andrew E Forsyth, Bro. Anthony Turnbull Master 104 and by Master of Kelso & Tweed 58 Bro. Graeme Forsyth.

Charity Night

Following the meeting, the company enjoyed Lodge harmony with the Brethren of visiting Lodges, Hawick 111 and St John 104, where the Master, Bro. Graeme Forsyth, proposed a toast to the newly raised Master Mason, Bro. Stuart Todd. Bro. Tim Slater, Immediate Past Master, offered a toast to Bro. Drew Forsyth in recognition of his successful five-year term as Provincial Grand Master, an achievement of which the Brethren of Lodge Kelso & Tweed are very proud.

Entertainment for the evening was provided by Bro. Mick Todd PM and Bro. Tom Weatherston, who delighted the company with their trademark stories and anecdotes.

The event raised nearly £350, which was supplemented by the Lodge to a total of £500. This amount was shared between two local groups: Kelso in Bloom and the Kelso Wheelers Cycling Club Juniors.
